Meaningful, flexible literature units that help students connect, think, and grow as readers.
Simple, flexible literature units that help you teach classic authors with depth and clarity.
Go beyond summaries into real thinking
Each Amazing Authors unit is designed as a complete, stand-alone literature study that builds thinking, not just comprehension.
These units are intentionally flexible. Some learners may focus on reading, vocabulary, and reflection, while others dive deeper into analysis, connections, and extended writing.
Whether you’re teaching upper elementary, middle school, or beyond, these studies adapt to meet students where they are, without losing depth or meaning.
Use them as full literature units, enrichment studies, or thoughtful extensions alongside your current reading.
Whether you’re just getting started with science or looking for the next step, Budding Biologists was built to grow with your learners. From gentle animal studies to real biological classification, each printable was made to help you teach with more clarity and less chaos.
New units are always in the works, and I do plant to dive into plants too! I’d love to send you free samples, teaching tips, and first access when they launch.

No. Every Budding Biologists unit is complete and ready to use on its own. The Academy is an optional role-play experience that adds extra missions and continuity for teachers or families who want it. Many teachers use the units stand-alone, others enjoy extending into the Academy.
Junior Studies are designed for younger learners (elementary), with crafts, vocabulary, and hands-on animal explorations. Senior Studies are for older learners (middle–high school), with deeper investigations into taxonomy, genetics, ecology, adaptations, and advanced case studies. Both routes are stand-alone, and every Junior eventually grows into Senior-level learning.
Yes! You can adapt units up or down depending on your students. Many teachers use Junior Studies for review or fast finishers in older classes, or simplify Senior Studies for advanced younger learners. The routes give you a guideline, but you can always use the units flexibly for your classroom or homeschool.
