middle school and high school science pages

What are Senior Studies?

Senior Studies are designed for middle and high school learners who are ready to go beyond basic biology exploration. Each unit builds on foundational science knowledge and challenges students to think critically about how living systems work.

Senior Studies introduce concepts such as taxonomy, genetics, adaptations, ecology, and conservation. Students learn to apply scientific thinking through case studies, data analysis, and real-world problem-solving.

Each unit is stand-alone and includes teacher guidance, but they can also be paired with documentaries, labs, or more advanced research projects for added depth.

All Senior Studies are aligned with secondary science standards, giving you confidence that your students are both challenged and supported as they develop higher-level biology skills.
